Sera Golding

Sera is the company director and has been working in the entertainment industry as a professional vocalist since 2000, and managing and running bands for 8 years. With a slight OCD for answering emails and 'all things stationery' (ask her to send you a brochure and it will make her day!) Sera is a fantastic head of the MIB Music team! 

 
Wayne Riches

Wayne is in charge of Musician Liason - making sure our musicians are uptodate with event arrangements, and of course recruiting new fantastic players to get involved with our projects. Since Wayne has been involved with the company he has introduced some AMAZING players to the company and is constantly up and down the country holding auditions for new talented musicians and singers. Wayne has a huge wealth of experience, from touring the world playing audiences up to 150,000 to playing at thousands of weddings and corporate events with MIB and many other function bands. He also makes a mean cuppa tea and puts it all down to his fabulous stirring technique which no-one else seems to be able to master!

Paul-i - our Italian Representative

Paul-i (BmusEd, MAMus) works on behalf of MIB Music over in Italy, booking wedding entertainment packages for events in Lake Como and the surrounding areas. Paul is an international music producer, songwriter and artist. His songs have been recorded and published on Gold albums in over 136 Countries, and our now sub-published by Sony Knashville.

Carly Festa

Carly deals with bookings in their initial phases - so anything from initial phone calls to helping finalise your details closer to the date of your event. She also works part time at 'ShowBooker', a fantastic company that organise theatre tours for various acts including Chris Difford from Squeeze!

Helen Barratt 

Helen is quite simply a very, very clever girl! With experience in all sorts of up and coming businesses, Helen joined the MIB Music team as another Client advisor, and will be available to meet and chat with you regarding your event requirements, and also handles our accounts department. More importantly, she keeps us all in line as the only non-musician in the MIB Music office!

Rachael Golding

Rachael has been singing with MIB and Funkadelics for years, and is now joining us in the MIB Music office as a Client advisor, which we’re very excited about! Rachael is passionate about making every event successful, and can use her experience in the industry to help give you as much advice as you need about booking a band. She’s also a bona fide singer/songwriter in her own right, so watch this space!

Allan Salmon

Allan is the newest member to our team, after having spent a few years playing with MIB as a rather-ridiculous-super-talented-and-multi instrumental bassist & guitarist. Al comes from a customer service background, and has been helping out by ironing out final details with all our clients for their upcoming gigs. Al is a joy to have in the office and keeps us all entertained with his rather strange obsession with Gorden Ramsey, Lionel Richie & office favourite, 80's singing sensation Michael McDonald!

Because MIB Music have a wealth of fantastic session musicians trained to perform with them it means our bands are 100% reliable when it comes to bookings. If one of our vocalists is ill, or our drummer is on tour, we have a huge range of vocalists and players who perform regularly with the band and can slot in seamlessly.
